THE FIZZ

recipe :

  • 2oz Pomegranate & Sezchuan
  • 2oz Fresh Pomegranate juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes cranberry bitters
  • Splash of soda
Assemble all ingredients, except soda, into strainer. Shake without ice, add ice and shake again. Double strain into whisky glass, add soda water to top.
